Milan information:

Siena:

Agrigento- Sicily information:

Agrigento is one of Sicily's provincial capitals, located on the southern coast of the island,facing towards Africa.It keeps unspoilt the grace and fascination of a Mediterranean resort, a crossroads of different cultures:local,mainland Italian, Greek and North African. Founded in 581 BC by colonists from neighboring Gela who named it Akragas,it rapidly grew in economic,civil and military importance, so much so that in league with Syracuse it vanquished the Carthaginian army at Imera in 480 Bc and scaled down its expansionistic ambitions. From this era date the most imposing and important architectural remains, which put the city on the same artistic level as the most important Greek cities. The city is divided into two areas: the modern urban center and the "Valley of the Temples", the ancient sacred territory which today has become a focus of Historical and architectural interest.Of course the most spectacular surviving trace of ancient Akragas is the temple of Concordia which stands out imposingly in an amazing state of preservation; " In comparison with the temples of Paetum, it stands like the figure of a God before that of a giant", noted Goethe during his journey of 1787. The temple of Juno, Hercules and Dioscuri date from the same period. The modern part of Agrigento too preserves glories and remains of the past in a curious mixture of Arabic, Roman and Baroque architecture:St.Calogero's church; the Cathedral; the Abbey of the Holy Spirits and so on.

Rimini area information:
Ideal for excursions are the beautiful hills surrounding Rimini and several places of historical interest such as the castles and fortresses dating back to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

The Island of Capri lies to the South of the Bay of Naples.The highest point is Mount Solaro - 589 metres. There are two towns: Capri and Anacapri. About 8000 people live in Capri and 7000 in Anacapri. The town of Capri is located on the eastern side of the island, Marina Grande - the port - to the North and Marina Piccola to the South. Anacapri is on the western side of the island and is separated from Capri town by the imposing slopes of Mount Solaro The climate of Capri is typically mediterranean. Island Elba travel information-

Island Elba is the largest one among the Tuscan islands and the the largest island in Italy after Sicily and Sardinia. It is 10 km far from the mainland and it has an extent of 224 square kilometres. Its coast stretches for 147 km and its main roads cover totally 190 km. It has a population of about 30000 and it is divided into 8 municipalities. You get to Elba by ferry and the journey takes 1 hour or by faster boats, such as hydrofoils , which take 20-30 minutes. You can arrive also by plane: Pila airport at Marina di Campo is linked to various Italian and European cities. Elba, which is loved by Italian and European tourists, particularly German, has modern and well equipped touristic structures. In addition to the natural beauties of this wonderful sea with 10 km of sandy beaches, 4 km of pebbly beaches and 3 km of cliffs, the island has museums, sport centers, diving centers, one golf club, riding-schools, amusement parks for children and adults, sailing schools.
